For some clients it is important that their profile is raised in the communities in which they work. For housing association Contour Homes, closely involving its residents and building strong relations plays an integral role in its work.

When Contour was involved in a massive regeneration project in Salford moving an entire community into a new development, it was vital that the residents had their say on the move and that their feelings on the whole process were documented.

Ethos public relations organised photo diaries of residents as they when through the process of moving from the old to their new communities. The result was an exhibition at Salford Museum and Art Gallery and naturally great coverage in the local broadcast and print media.
